Liam’s long and adversarial relationship with the media meant dealing with varied sources and formats; from printed tabloid to social platforms – a set of bespoke split-screen templates with pop repeats allowed us to use these full screen.
Exaggerated textures helped the pop aesthetic and low-quality archive stand up to enlargement, while hinting at a life scrutinised in detail.
